Delivering your order

Delivery UK
We are open Tuesday till Saturday 10-5pm. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will endeavor to get it out to you in time. We normally send within 2 days other than weekends, but sometimes this is not possible due to volume of sales. We charge £5.95 for Royal Mail special next day delivery per order, but if the order is several parcels we will charge per parcel (each could be upto 2kilo)

If you would like a guaranteed Saturday delivery this is an extra £2( we can add to your order if needed ). Most are delivered on Saturdays but not guaranteed to. If you would like to have Recorded delivery for orders under £20 please advise. Regarding shoe boxes please advise if you would like them or not, especially when ordering several pairs as this can be quite heavy send.

Delivery worldwide
Please note that our shipping costs for outside of the UK are a minimum charge of £6.95 up to 500g and chargeable by weight thereafter, for example 2kilo is the maximum for small packet airmail and costs approx £23.00. If you want the price of a parcel before it is sent please ask otherwise we will send. If you want the shoe boxes please let us know, mostly we will not send abroad unless requested due to the weight and bulk.
Normally we send out within 2 days, after Friday it would be on Tuesday as we are closed on Mondays We send via Royal Mail signed for service which takes approx. 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days to the rest of the world.

If you would like an express delivery via DHL, price on request.
For this service please request in the message box or email.
If the order is a gift please tell us so we can put in on the customs label.
Any import duties requested by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

If once you have received your order and you find you want to return it for an exchange or refund then please do so within 7 days of receiving it.

The procedure for returning goods.

1) You must tell us first what you are returning and why.
2) All labels are still attached.
3) The item has not been worn.
4) That you pack it neatly and securely for posting.
5) Return postage is the customers responsibilty.
6) Invoice or copy should be in the parcel.
7) When we receive the item we will credit your account or exchange as instructed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The secure on line order page does not take your money automatically

This is done manually at the shop so any alterations that are made such as deducting the sale % and alternative items requested are catered for.

All payments are in UK POUNDS STERLING. Your credit card company will apply the exchange rate at your end so your statement from them will tell you what you paid in your currency.
