Delivering your order

Delivery UK
We are open Monday till Saturday 10-5pm. We normally send within 2 days other than weekends, but sometimes this is not possible due to volume of sales. We charge £5.95 for Royal Mail special next day delivery per order, but if the order is several parcels we will charge per parcel (each could be upto 2kilo)

If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery or Saturday delivery this is an £8.95. Although we aim to get orders out the same day, if you select express 8.95 we will ensure we do, (this does not apply to the weekend or Mondays as we are closed Sunday and Monday)

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and do not include VAT (we do not charge VAT on children's clothes). Please note that for all orders with delivery outside the European Union VAT is charged at 0% for all goods (local import taxes may be payable the customer for which Village Kids accepts no liability).

Product Availability

All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for Online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel before the order has been confirmed by email. To cancel please email us asap, quoting the relevant reference number.

Online Returns Policy

If you want to return all or part of an order for an exchange or refund then please do so within 7 days of receiving it. Please mark all returns from outside the UK as Returns on the customs paperwork. We are not liable for any import duties incurred on your returns.

The procedure for returning goods.

1) 1) You must email us with return /exchange details. Please do not ring.
2) Invoice or copy should be in the parcel.
3) All labels are still attached.
4) The item has not been worn.
5) That you pack it neatly and securely for posting. If this is not done so, a £5.00 steaming and pressing charge will incur for each item.
6) Return postage is the customers responsibilty.
7) When we receive the item we will credit within 14days after receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Notice

We www.villagekids.co.uk  are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not divulge any information about you to a third party. Any information we collect about you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. We will only hold information held about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your credit/debit card details are processed by our secure service provider and as such we do not see your card details, the secure service provider does not see the personal information input by the customer. villagekids does NOT store financial details (credit or debit card numbers) entered by our customers at the Paypal Pro checkout. These details are used on a one time only basis at the moment of paying

The policies are designed to protect the customer and ourselves, if you have any queries regarding any element of these statements please do not hesitate to contact us.

Conditions Of Use

No contract will exist between you and www.villagekids.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.villagekids.co.uk confirms that it is dispatching your product. Items featured on the site are held in stock, and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where www.villagekids.co.uk is unable to complete an order. The customer’s statutory rights are unaffected.

1. a.        The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you Village Kids will occur when the order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions.
2. b.        We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks. We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:
1. 1.        We may have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
2. 2.        The product you ordered may be out of stock.
3. 3.        We may have identified a pricing or product description error.
4. 4.        There may have been a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters connected with any order you place on our website, are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website.
