Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. (during busy sale times this may take longer).
You will receive an email/text notification from CSM regarding your Parcel Force delivery.
Orders will be sent with Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
Parcel Force: Parcel force is a next day delivery service once dispatched. On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a one hour time slot via text & email.
Royal Mail: You will receive an email from us on dispatch with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday) from the date of shipping for your order to be delivered.
If your order is urgent, please select the correct delivery option. If you select Next Day delivery before 2pm on the day of your order, you will receive your parcel the next working day. You can select Saturday or Sunday delivery any time before 2pm on Friday.
When you select next day delivery on a Friday you will receive the order on Monday, not on Saturday. Please select Saturday delivery option for Saturday deliveries.

Please contact us if you have received delivery information from Parcel Force and have not received your order. Please check your emails and junk in case we have tried to contact you.
Collecting From Store
If you want to collect from our shop please select our free pick up in store option. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. You must bring along your ID to match your order details.
Regarding European Orders, From January 2021 there will be import taxes for goods being shipped to the EU.
All taxes are the customers responsibility.
Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide will be listed when you select your country at the checkout.
Postage prices are based on parcels up to 2KG, if heavier we may contact you for additional postage costs.
Once you have been notified of your dispatch details, you should receive express orders within 5 days and standard within 7-10 days. Please get in touch if it has been longer or if you have not received any information or tracking details. Please check your emails regularly.
All International orders will be sent by Aramex Express, Parcel Force, DHL or Royal Mail.
We do not have DHL as an option at checkout, however if this is your preferred method of delivery service, please email us at email@example.com, and we will be able to quote a price for you.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and can also view this online in your Village Kids account.
Express orders are sent with Aramex. We aim to get your order to you in the fastest way possible. Please allow 5-8 working days from the date of placing your order to time of delivery.

Sometimes you may be asked to pay Customs duties, these are your responsibility as the buyer and are not included in the price of your order. If you refuse to pay any duties incurred, they will be deducted from any refund.

Return & Exchange policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, if you are not happy we offer an easy return process. Please return your items within 14 days from the date that you received your order.
IMPORTANT E&OE: We reserve the right not to complete, either partially or in full, any order that includes errors in pricing, description or items no longer available
Returning Non Sale Items
You will be eligible for a refund, a credit in to your account or a free exchange (UK only). Please indicate which option you would like on the packing slip, otherwise your account will automatically be credited.
We are able to hold an item for exchange, once notified we can hold the item(s) for up to 5 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or +441322528836 to speak to a member of staff. We will ask you for your name and your order number. For items of a higher cost than your original items, additional payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. We offer free standard delivery on your first exchange (per order) in the United Kingdom. We may ask for overseas customers to pay additional postage costs, for their exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your return.
Returning Sale/ Promotional Items
Same as above except you will be eligible for either a free exchange or credit on your account, if you do not have an account we will hold the credit for you.
All credits to accounts will be valid for 12 months, and you will receive a gift card with special code directed for your use only.
For the purpose of hygiene swimwear must be tried on over underwear, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place. If the protective hygiene strip is missing we have the right to refuse the return.
We will not accept returns on:
- Any worn clothing of footwear.
- Baby Bottles
- Swimwear (with the protective hygiene strip removed)
Procedure For Returning Items
- If you want an exchange please notify us by telephone or email so we can hold exchange items for up to 5 days.
- Items must be unworn with all labels attached in its original packaging, odour free, folded neatly and in the same condition as which they were received. (a £5 pressing charge may be deducted from the return total if this procedure is not followed.)
- Shoes and boxed items must be returned in the original boxes, unmarked and intact. Do not use product boxes and shoe boxes as protective packaging.
- Please mark the parcel as return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a track and sign service, we will not be held responsible for lost parcels in the post.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – If you are returning items from overseas, send to the address above, and add postage stamps. Label your parcel 'RETURNED UNWANTED GB MERCHANDISE' to avoid import duties.
You must discuss any faulty items with a member of staff before returning. Please be prepared to email photos of the item for inspection, we will then authorise the return, to be sent back to us.
Where possible the item will be repaired, or exchanged for the same item in the same size. If we are unable to exchange for the same item, you will be offered credit or a refund.
