Hi Amanada, as you are aware we are extremely sorry that you have experienced an issue with your order & this matter is currently being fully investigated. You kindly ordered two items from our store which was delivered to yourself however upon delivery via Royal Mail you allege that the parcel was completely opened and that one of the items by way of the Gant Black boys jacket was missing and that brown paper had been placed within the parcel. Due to the complicity & serious of this matter an investigtaion is currently being carried out as there are protocols & procedures that have to be followed but our Customer Service Department are fully liasing with you via email during the conduct of this matter in the hope that this is revoled swiftly.
