Delivered to the wrong adresss

My parcel had been delivered to the wrong address 2 weeks ago I’ve given the seller the benefit of the doubt as it’s not their fault courier advised that the sender had to get in contact to have it picked back up and deliver to the correct address witch they haven’t done and now refusing to refund me so I’ve nothing to show for my money. Awful customer service.

We sincerely appreciate your frustration regarding this incident; however, as you are aware, this matter is currently under thorough investigation with the courier company, which unfortunately requires time. We are in communication with the courier company, and we assumed you were informed of this through email conversations, so I am surprised by your comment suggesting that we have not reached out to them. Until the courier company informs us that they are unable to locate the parcel and/or re-deliver it, we are regrettably not in a position to issue a refund, and we have certainly not denied such a request, as the parcel may still be found and delivered. Nevertheless, we can now confirm that the courier company has received your signed form (which you were asked to complete and return), and we should hopefully receive their decision regarding this claim shortly. We will continue to keep you updated via email.
